Abstract Greyblue #219

by Harry Moody

Abstract Greyblue with some jumping Colors  #219

Using nature as inspiration, Moody works instinctively to create art that reflects his positive outlook on life.
“Each piece represents hope”. While he trained under Joseph Beuys and Gerhard Richter in Germany, Moody’s work is reminiscent of that of his professors, though certainly not replicating. Moody works with a squeegee as his brush, layering paint and eliminating elements as he goes. Because he works from top to bottom and side to side, most work has more than one orientation, meaning it can be hung in any direction the viewer prefers.
